OpenNet deploys fibre to Non-Building Address Points (NBAPs)* on an ad-hoc basis, in response to requests from retail service providers or end-users. These locations, which do not possess any physical address or postal code, include bus stops, outdoor digital signage, traffic lights, surveillance cameras or ATM machines.

* Non-Building Address Point refers to a location in Singapore or connected island without a physical postal address.
