TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA)


An initiative of SkillsFuture, TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) aims to build and develop a skilled Information and CommunicationsTechnology (ICT) workforce for Singapore’s digital economy. TeSA is driven by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) andin collaboration with the industry, SkillsFuture Singapore, Workforce Singapore and the National Trades Union Congress. IMDA takes anintegrated approach to ICT skills acquisition and practitioner training, enabling professionals to acquire the relevant in-demand skills.

Skills Framework for Infocomm Technology (SFw for ICT)

The Skills Framework for ICT, jointly developed by IMDA and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) as part of the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative, promotes ICT skills mastery and lifelong learning for individuals, employers and training providers.


Company-Led Training Programme (CLT)

The Company-Led Training (CLT) programme aims to accelerate professional development through on-the-job training programme for fresh to mid-level professionals acquiring competencies for jobs in demand by industry, especially those that support the Digital Economy sector transformation efforts.

Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme PLUS (CITREP+)

The Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme Plus (CITREP+) is an initiative by IMDA to support the ICT workforce to take up courses and certifications to keep in pace with technology shifts and proactive training of technical skills sets, in order to remain relevant and productive.

Professional Conversion Programmes

Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) are career conversion programmes targeted at Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs), including mid-career switchers, to undergo skills conversion and move into new occupations or sectors that have good prospects and opportunities for progression.


SkillsFuture Study Award (ICT)

The SkillsFuture Study Award is a monetary award to help Singaporeans equip themselves with the skills needed to benefit from quality jobs created by our economy.
